DTE

 hi im kaycee and i'm in the class of DTE and lately in DTE we have been learning how to work the sphero  ball it this little remote control ball its round and how we program it is by and ipad  the app is called the sphero edu. In  the first couple of weeks learning how to use the sphero ball then me and summer bellem were in a pair and we started working on a map that we have to program the ball to go though. Me and summer started doing our theme was going to be safari with a Race track Paper mache Avatar Mountains plants bushes but then i left for project k for 3 weeks so then after i came back and summer and shuna were in a group together and then do me and keira joined there group and now this week in DTE we are drawing heil and we are going to be doing the sphero balls and programing them to go through the heil drawing we have done on a big piece of paper 

maths week

this week we learnt about bygogaley and i dont really know how to do it and yeah


this week mrs dains showed us how to do murmgermints

this week we are learning in maths forces and monitions 

the goldberg machines sci

this week in sci we are doing build a class goldberg machine we used toilet roll some and also some tape

and also some string it was really

interesting to see the classes idea and all bring them together

and we did the inclined planes etc

DTE

 last week we did code.org i did flappy bird and minecraft its was fun:)

in social studies we are learning about different careers i choose to research a carees in the army i found it really interesting this is my inquring for it

i loved learning abput how to become a police officer and the new laws

because when i was little i always saw the police at my door for my brother and sister and i always looked upto them and thought they are doing good and i thought to myself i don’t want to be like my brother and sister i want to be that person at the door doing good and helping people like them

Their dark skin blisters under the scorching sun, marred by the dirt and sand seemingly burned into their beings. Each is hardly more than a walking skeleton.

Jack thomas 

A Short Story

Jack Thomas was thinking about Elizabeth June again. Elizabeth was
a clumsy saint with beautiful 
long blonde hair .

Jack walked over to the window and reflected on his quiet surroundings.
He had always loved sunny Chicago with its obedient, oceans. It was a
place that encouraged his tendency to feel happy.

Then he saw something in the distance, or rather someone. It was a
beautiful figure of Elizabeth june.

Jack gulped. He glanced at his own reflection. He was a hopeful,
special, whiskey drinker with a charming voice. His friends
saw him as a low, late lover. Once, he had even saved a new old lady
that was stuck in a drain.

But not even a hopeful person who had once saved a new old lady
that was stuck in a drain, was prepared for what Elizabeth had in
store today.

The sun shone like plants, making Jack relaxed. Jack
grabbed a sharp knife that had been strewn nearby; he
massaged it with his fingers.

As Jack stepped outside and Elizabeth came closer, he could
see the melodic smile on her face.

"I am here because I want revenge," Elizabeth bellowed, in an
incredible tone. She slammed her fist against Jack's chest.
"I friggin hate you, Jack Thomas."

Jack looked back, even more relaxed and still fingering the sharp
knife. "Elizabeth, I just don't need you in my life any more," he replied.

They looked at each other with unstable feelings, like two
decomposing, damaged birds loving at a very generous
engagement party, which had classical music playing in the
background.

Suddenly, Elizabeth lunged forward and tried to punch
Jack in the face. Quickly, Jack grabbed the sharp knife
and brought it down on Elizabeth's skull.

Elizabeth's trembled and wobbled. She looked happy, her
body raw like a ripe, resonant rock.

Then she let out an agonising groan and collapsed onto the
ground. Moments later Elizabeth June was dead.

Jack Thomas went back inside and made himself a nice
glass of whiskey.

What I learnt about her that she saved 300 slaves in the past 11 years by using the underground railroads.

She died on march the 10th and her birth date is unknown. She rescued slaves in many underground railroads all over America even making it to Canada. She was was an American bond woman who escaped from slavery.
